Mexico native born in Chiapas, Chef de Cuisine over a decade of culinary experience; has occupied the Executive Chef position in several Luxury Hotels around Mexico, including AAA properties and Leading Hotels of the World. Professional Culinary Arts Career at “Universidad del Claustro de Sor Juana” between 1994 and 1998, winning a Double Gold Medal from the Culinary Olympics in Berlin 1996 .

TURQUOIS Foundation Scholarship between 1998 and 1999, Hotel Management and Art of the Table Diploma by the “Lycée Hôtelier de Monte Carlo” at Monaco. Michelin Starred restaurant trainée at “La Coupole”. Support in the cuisine for important events including F1 Grand Prix, Monte-Carlo Open de Tennis & Prince Rainier Jubilé´s. During the Mexico´s Culture Week at Monaco, Chef de cuisine in charge of the Culinary Festival at the “Café de Paris.”

2001 till 2003 Executive Chef of the President of Mexico, he served as the head chef to former Mexican president Vicente Fox, where he was in charge of the Presidential Airplane Committee, travelling with the president on international trips. Personally prepared services to the International royalty including US president, UK prime minister, German Chancellor and more. Further, Chef Bossuet also joined the most prestigious gastronomy association “Club des Chefs des Chefs”, which exclusively admits chefs who have worked for kings, queens, princes, presidents, and governors. Excelsis Award by the Global Quality foundation of New York in 2007.

Realised a update of Gastronomy studies at the “Reims, Champagne-Ardenne” University; “DUGGAT” Diploma at Reims, France between 2008 & 2009. In 2009, Chef Bossuet develop his own site www.chefbossuet.com.mx to share his knowledge in Culinary Arts. In 2012 Collaborate with the www.iigeducacion.com . Participated at the 2012 Dublin Gastronomy Symposium organised by the DIT, sharing the conference “Cuisine & Culinary Traditions, Reflecting the Historic Relationship between Mexico and Ireland”. Invited Chef for the Gazantiep Gastronomy Project, organised by the Gazantiep University in Turkey. In 2013 realise the Community Wine Dinner in Old Vine Café, Costa Mesa California; a new Turkey visit to the 1st International F&B Sirehan Festival in Gaziantep. Participate in the 21st Shrimp Festival in San Felipe, Baja California and close his activities in the 2013 WTC Mexico City Icomex Corporate Congress, sharing the conference “Culinary art and floral design, the best image to do an event.” In 2014 participate in the World Congress of Culinary Traditions in Bucharest, Romania.
